Quality Assurance
The quality of our products undergoes a comprehensive quality control in our group's own laboratory. Strict quality inspections, state-of-the-art testing technology, and a quality management in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 guarantee for products meeting the highest requirements.
The available measurement methods include:
Melt Flow Index (MFI)
The melt index is an indicator of the material’s flowability. For the different processing methods various MFIs are required.
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
A thermal process for the measurement of the delivered/ recorded amount of heat of a sample upon isothermal operation, heating, or cooling.
Thermogravimetry (TGA)
Analytical method of thermal analysis, wherein the change in mass of a sample depending on the temperature and time is measured.
Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)
IR spectroscopy is used for the quantitative analysis of known substances, whose identification results with the help of a reference spectrum, or it is used for the determination of structure of unknown substances.
Tensile strength / elongation at break
Examination of the material quality of semi-finished products and/ or finished products.
Density and moisture measurements
Analytical method to test the moisture and density of granules (raw material).
Microscopy
Optical analysis of the surface structure of granules, semi-finished and finished products.
